Data stored on the device

Saved guides, notes, recent content, exercise results you explicitly save, onboarding choices, and personalization preferences stay on the device. Reminders also store the reminder ID, associated guide ID, creation time, and selected date/time locally. Tapping a notification uses the guide ID to open the relevant page. Raw search phrases, note text, and unsaved exercise drafts are not analyzed for personalization. Your daily discovery preference and selected time are also stored only on the device.

Permissions and device features

The app uses no account, advertising, tracking, external analytics, or external crash-reporting SDK. Personal notes, searches, choices, and exercise results are not sent to Medyabox Apps servers. When you choose a date and time for a guide and tap “Schedule”, iOS notification permission is requested if needed. The optional reminder is scheduled once on the device through iOS, without sending reminder details to a server. Its notification does not show the guide title or your notes.

Daily discovery is optional and off by default. When you enable it in Settings and choose a time, iOS notification permission is requested if needed. Invitations are scheduled only on your device and selected from general text included in the app; your personal notes, exercise responses, and reading history are not used to personalize these messages. Tapping a daily invitation opens the relevant free guide.

Apple services

Full Access is processed through Apple StoreKit. Medyabox Apps does not see or store payment details; access is reconciled from Apple-verified transaction information.

Data sharing and sale

Medyabox Apps does not sell app data, share it for advertising, or track users across apps or websites. System data processed by Apple is subject to Apple's own terms.

Retention and deletion

You can reset personalization separately or delete all local personal data in Settings. When deleting all personal data succeeds, saves, notes, history, saved exercise results, personalization data, and reminder records are removed, along with the app’s pending and delivered notifications. The StoreKit purchase entitlement is not removed. Deleting an individual record from “My reminders” cancels its notification and removes it from Notification Center. Turning off notification permission in iPhone Settings does not delete local reminder records.

You can turn off daily discovery in the app’s Settings. This removes daily notifications and keeps your separate guide reminders. You can manage notification permission in iPhone Settings. When deleting all personal data in the app succeeds, both types of notification are cleared.
