Privacy Policy

This policy explains technical processing on the Medyabox Apps website and the support/contact forms. Each iOS app's data flow is documented separately in the app-specific policies below.

Controller

Medyabox Apps is operated within Mustafa Öztürk Medyabox Yayın ve Yapımcılık. Submit privacy and data requests to privacy@medyabox.com.tr or through the support form.

Information collected

The support form includes email, app, topic, message, and consent; name, app version, and iOS version are optional. The contact form includes email, category, message, and consent; name is optional.

Purpose

Form information is used only to route and answer requests, investigate technical issues, assess content corrections, and protect service security.

Wix infrastructure

The site and forms run on Wix infrastructure. Wix may process technical logs and essential cookies required to deliver pages, secure the service, prevent abuse, and deliver form records. Medyabox Apps does not enable custom advertising or marketing analytics.

Retention and deletion

Form records are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, track recurring issues, and meet mandatory record obligations; they are then deleted or de-identified. Send an access, correction, or deletion request to privacy@medyabox.com.tr or through the support form under 'Data and privacy'.

Sharing and transfers

Form information is not sold or shared for advertising. It is available only to Medyabox Apps and the Wix infrastructure required to operate the service. Wix's use of infrastructure in different countries is governed by its own privacy and transfer terms.

Security and sensitive information

Forms are served over HTTPS. Do not enter health records, payment information, passwords, government identifiers, or unnecessary private information in the message field.

Rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing. Submit your request to privacy@medyabox.com.tr or through the support form; only information necessary to verify the request will be requested.

Changes

If data flows, services, or legal requirements change, this policy will be updated and a new date will be published on this page.
